WHAT IS “AIR RACE X”

Planes reach 400 km/h with maximum gravitational forces of up to 12G, AIR RACE X is an extreme aerial motorsport where specialized pilots fly race-dedicated, high-performance aircraft to compete through pylons for time and precision.
First held in Shibuya in 2023, this revolutionary competition, supported by cutting-edge technology, stunned the world when races were decided by milliseconds as spectators watched planes from around the globe come together in an innovative viewing experience.
In 2024, the sport evolved further by introducing its first official series, which consisted of three races. Now, heading into the 2025 season, the competition will expand with a total of three races and a new pilot.
